## Before you begin
- Make sure gift card sales are enabled for the business
- Confirm the correct gift card product or flow is available in the app
- Check that the user has permission to sell gift cards
- Make sure the payment flow is ready before completing the sale

## Steps
1. From the POS screen, open the actions available for gift cards.
2. Start a new sale or open the gift card selling flow.
3. Select the gift card product or issue a new gift card.
4. Enter or confirm the gift card amount.
5. Review the order total.
6. Complete the payment.
7. Confirm the new gift card is created and ready for guest use.

## Troubleshooting
