## Summary
Use the customer activity area in the customer details screen to review visible orders, invoices, payments, and delivery orders linked to that customer.

## Before you begin
- Open the correct customer profile
- Confirm your role can view customer activity
- Use the activity view as read-only context
- Check the customer identity before opening linked records

### What activity shows
Customer activity can include orders, invoices, payments, and delivery orders. Timestamps and amounts or totals are visible where those records are available.

The activity view is read-only. Staff can filter or search activity and can open an order or transaction from the activity list when access is available.

## Steps
1. Open the customer details screen.
2. Go to the customer activity or history area.
3. Review visible activity records.
4. Use filters or search if the list needs narrowing.
5. Open the related order or transaction when you need more detail.

## Troubleshooting
- **No records appear:** Selio shows "No activity yet."
- **Activity cannot load:** The same "No activity yet" state can appear when activity is unavailable.
- **A record cannot be opened:** Confirm your business-level access and try again from the related order or transaction area.
- **Offline access is needed:** Customer activity is not available offline.
