Confirm the team knows the fiscal receipt remains the base document in the Romania HoReCa flow
Have the customer's CUI/VAT available so Selio can call ANAF and verify data integrity
Do not continue if the required billing data is incomplete
Steps
Start from the completed transaction after the fiscal receipt is issued.
Confirm that the customer needs an invoice for that transaction.
Enter the CUI/VAT required for invoice generation.
Let Selio call ANAF to verify the billing data integrity.
Stop if the required billing data is incomplete, because the invoice cannot be generated.
Generate the invoice only from the validated transaction context.
Review the created document carefully before sharing or using it for follow-up.
Troubleshooting
Staff tries to create an invoice before the fiscal receipt exists: Return to the transaction flow and issue the fiscal receipt first.
CUI/VAT data does not validate: Recheck the identifier and billing details before trying again.
Required billing data is incomplete: Complete the legal billing data first; Selio should not generate the invoice while required data is missing.
The team mixes invoices and fiscal receipts in training: Clarify that in the Romania HoReCa flow, the fiscal receipt is the base document and the invoice follows the transaction.
