Use Manager > Logs > Audit trail to review account activity. The audit trail shows the user email, action, type, date, and details for tracked account and system events.
Before you begin
Confirm you can access Manager > Logs > Audit trail
Know which user email or event you need to review
Use the audit trail to view activity; do not treat it as the screen for editing access
For access changes, use the appropriate owner, admin, or manager workflow outside the audit trail
Steps
In Selio Manager, open Logs.
Go to Audit trail.
Search or filter for the user email or event you need to review.
Review the recorded action.
Check the event type.
Review the date and details.
If the event points to an access issue, route the change to an owner, admin, or manager.
Troubleshooting
The expected event is not visible: Confirm the user email, event type, and date range you are reviewing.
A user cannot access a premium area: Selio may show a popup with an upgrade plan action when the area is not available.
Access needs to be changed: The audit trail is read-only; route the change to an owner, admin, or manager.
