Summary
Manage notifications from Manager > Settings > Notifications. Selio supports notification preferences for orders, payments, reports, security, system events, devices, and delivery, with email, Telegram, SMS, and WhatsApp channels.
Before you begin
- Sign in as an owner
- Open Manager > Settings > Notifications
- Decide whether the change should apply globally or per sellpoint
- Review which roles need each notification setting
- Confirm the channel you want to use: email, Telegram, SMS, or WhatsApp
Steps
- In Selio Manager, open Settings.
- Go to Notifications.
- Choose whether you are editing global preferences or preferences for a sellpoint.
- Review the notification types: orders, payments, reports, security, system, devices, and delivery.
- Review the available channels: email, Telegram, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Enable or disable each notification according to the role and sellpoint setup.
- Save the notification settings.
- Confirm the updated preferences remain visible after saving.
Troubleshooting
- A notification is missing: Check both the global preference and the sellpoint preference.
- The wrong channel is active: Review the email, Telegram, SMS, and WhatsApp channel settings.
- A role receives the wrong alerts: Review the owner, manager, cashier, or admin notification setup.
- Saving fails: Read the error message, correct the setting, and save again.
