Summary
Update your owner profile from Manager > Settings > Account Settings. Name, surname, and phone can be edited in profile details, while email changes use the separate Change email flow.
Before you begin
- Sign in to Selio Manager as the owner account you want to update
- Open Settings > Account Settings
- Prepare the correct name, surname, and phone value before saving
- Use Change email if the email address needs to be changed
- Be ready to reauthenticate if Selio asks for it during an account change
Steps
- In Selio Manager, open Settings.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Review the profile details for the signed-in owner account.
- Edit the name, surname, or phone field.
- If the email needs to change, use Change email instead of editing the email field directly.
- Select Save.
- If Selio asks for reauthentication, complete the prompt.
- Confirm the success message: Profile updated successfully.
Troubleshooting
- Email cannot be edited in the profile fields: Use the separate Change email button.
- Save is blocked: Check the visible validation message and complete or correct the invalid profile data.
- The wrong account is open: Confirm the signed-in owner before saving profile changes.
- The success message does not appear: Review the validation state and try saving again.
